Ralph White

A humanitarian involved in the local community for more than 30 years.  Mr. White has worn many hats that have identified him as a force to be dealt with.  He was the first black to serve on the Stockton City Council and served for over 16 years. He was also the first black Vice Mayor.  He is the founder of Project Identity, one of the first youth organizations in Stockton, and also Ebony Young Men of Action, which was instrumental in obtaining jobs for many blacks in San Joaquin County.  He is currently CEO and President of the Stockton Black Leadership Council, an organization he founded in 2003.
